Direct-Drive, High Speed Lockstitch Sewing System with automatic Thread Trimmer is adopted for obtaining excellently finished mechanical stitch. A lockstitch system utilizes two threads, an upper and a lower one. These two threads lock together in the hole in the fabric through which it passes. Moreover, the geometry of lockstitch is controlled by sideways movement of machine needle and backward movement of a machine’s feed dogs.
